Seesm to me that the first amendment guarantee of freedom of speech and association trumps any politically correct notion of open-ended "non-discrimination." It seems to me that the opposite argument should be made: that any institution receiving government aid should not be allowed to regulate speech, expecially a college campus supposedly the place where even the most outrageous ideas ought to be able to be spoken, examined, and the opposite juxtaposed.
