Yes, it is the dust that is on the incense and not the incense itself that causes problems for people who have trouble breathing. I know if they take time to shake off the dust even with the heavier incensing during the festive seasons, it is a lot easier to breath.

Rose - one who occasionally finds herself banished to the chapel - or standing outside looking in through the crack in the door - cuz she can't breath! frown
