There are plenty of books on Our Lady of Fatima, but the book I would recommend you start with is Fatima in Lucia's Own Words, based as the title says on Sister Lucia's own memoirs of the apparitions. I believe there is a new edition with more material included.
Another book is Fatima, Russia and Pope John Paul II by Timothy Tindal-Robertson which deals with the events leading up to the consecration of the world on March 25, 1984 which Sister Lucia claimed fulfilled the request made by the Theotokos for the consecration of Russia.
I do have materials on OLF which were written by the late Archimandrite John Mowatt, who was rector of the Russian Catholic chapel of the Dormition in Fatima. These materials come from out-of-print books, booklets, articles, and rare photos.
It had crossed my mind to make a blog and post what I have, but that would be in the future, if I ever get the opportunity.
