I just heard, from a reliable source, that Father John Cigan, from Holy Spirit Chuch in Binghamton,NY will be trasferred to a parish in NJ next month!!! Anyone have any info on this move? very sad move after 22 yrs at Holy Spirit.

Ahh...I had heard he was being transferred to Danbury, CT...

Is it true that Father Frank Twardzik of St. Mary BCC of Scranton PA is being transferred also?

Interesting...I believe Fr. Frank was transferred to St. Mary's back in 1989...If I remember correctly he was assigned there just prior to beginning my freshman year at the Univ of Scranton...I remember, Bishop Michael of blessed memory speaking how good my going to U of S is and working and praying with Fr. Frank would be wonderful.

Any other "long termers" being transferred in Passaic???
