Christ is in our midst!!

We have a Lenten Soup Supper on Ash Wednesday and they had two varieties of potato soup. The first is similar to the one you posted. The second had small shrimp, peas, and corn added.

I had to ask where they were in the supermarket, -- it took a half second for the fellow to make the connection, I think. biggrin

Would anyone happen to have a good receipe for a meatless cabbage soup? Any ideas or receipes greatly appreciated!

My family loves cooked cabbage with potatoes, and sometimes I add egg noodles, with a few onions cooked in. Not necessarily soup, but good food smile

I mare the onion potatos soup the other day. They loved it. I used the Knorr veggie soup bullion with it.
