Thank you for bringing this to our awareness. Thank God for Patriarch Kiril's Christian heart.

I wish they had an easier way to donate money though..like by a credit card. Indeed, I always believed that the little (widow's mite/drachma) of many has great power to do great things.

Agreed Alice but it is very risky via creit card, wire transfer is much safer but, unfortunately, does entail fees from the senders end to make the transfer. Its always best also to check out the bank and the transfer/routing number, having been to Europe many times and seen many appeals, you just have to be sure the bank is legit and the funds are going where you want them to go.
