Just read about a Roma aka Gypsy community in Romania where the local Orthodox priest remarked about their customs and said he had baptized a boy who was 9 and married him at 15! This is the normal marriage age for Roma even here in the USA. Sounds strange. Wonder about the Roma and their sacramental life, have seen groups in Europe enter the church just before Holy Communion and take the Eucharist then walk out. Read of similar behavior in Catholic countries also. How does the Church reconcile this practice and at the same time deny the Eucharist to otherwise faithful who for some reason or other are denied?
