What does it matter, given that there is NO RULE OF LAW in Russia? And there's a rule of law in America?

Whenever I read statements like the one immediately above, it puts me in mind of C.M. Kornbluth's classic dystopian novella, "The Marching Morons".

That is a not so veiled insult to another poster: (Irish Ruthenian and Recluse) I am aware of the premise of that book. Please be more charitable when you do not agree with others. Is there rule of law in the United States? An interesting article called 'The Breakdown of the rule of law in the United States: America's Descent into authoritarianism' thinks not, and specifies some recent examples. So, it is obviously a matter of opinion. http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-br...as-descent-into-authoritarianism/5341458Alice
