Again, as in my previous recommendation, while this book is not specifically Orthodox, if read thoughtfully and with much contemplation, it truly draws one to the Heart of God.

Yes, Esther de Waal is an Anglican who follows the Rule of St Benedict (don't know if she is actually an Oblate attached to a monastery, but she is definitely a member of the Anglican "Friends of St Benedict") and her writings on the Benedictine way are superlative and are often recommended reading by Benedictine Oblate novice-masters.
