Very funny! I almost bought it...

However, here is a real story:

One of my great-grand-fathers on my mother's side [who was of old Scottish origins of Presbyterian tradition who's first ancestor of his name who landed here - Alexander Ross - had converted to Catholicism so he could marry the pretty eyes of a French-Canadian sweetheart on Valentine's Day 1774 (he was the first of his particular line to arrive here while I have ancestors who arrived with the first settlers here in 1608)] donated a large piece of land for the construction of a Catholic church in the Gaspé peninsula... His son François-Xavier Ross became the first Bishop of Gaspé. When this great-grand-father died, the parish did not have a cemetary and they did not know what to do to honour their benefactor... - so, they buried him in the walls near a corner of the basement of the church ...not under the floor as was often the tradition then to entomb members of importance to the community ...but in the walls themselves. . . The church held its charitable bazaar there every weekend and I visited it once... it gave me an 'eary' feeling to know an ancestor was 'standing' behind the walls. . .

...and this one folks is a TRUE story!
