I don't think it is in Vatican City per se, but I believe there is a daily Divine Liturgy at the Russicum in Rome.

There are also a few Catholic Churches that have Orthodox Divine Liturgies throughout Rome.

Not the answers I was expecting. I would have thought that every autonomous Church would be present in the Vatican.

Why would you expect that?

The Ethiopian College in within the Vatican City State. I imagine they serve the Holy Mysteries there on a daily basis.

Many (most? all?) have a presence in Rome. The Vatican (as in the city-state) is rather on the tiny side. Remember, the Pope is Bishop of Rome, not The Vatican. wink

I am Roman Catholic. A friend asked me to attend a Byzantine Catholic church with her. Can a Roman Catholic receive communion in a Byzantine Catholic church?

Your question has been answered by Admin John in the other question you posted
but it bears the answer being repeated

Any Catholic , in good standing with their own Church , may Receive Communion in any Catholic Church . You may also receive the Sacrament of Penance in any Catholic Church too.

I attended a Divine Liturgy in the crypt beneath St. Peter's. It was a Hungarian Liturgy. I have a one picture that I will post.
