Very, very nice!

I wear a medal of Our Lady, Undoer of Knots and it is a VERY popular devotion throughout Latin America, especially with the current Pontiff!

And before anyone goes off calling this "yet another Latinism" or some such, let's remember there are Russian Orthodox Churches across the pond with statues (sic!) of Our Lady of Loreto and others.

Dear Griego Amigo,

Is there a website for the monastery at Hoshiv?

If anyone would know, you would!

Dear Charles,

Not a new devotion, true - but it has received wider popularity now than before, even throughout Eastern Europe and among Eastern Catholics.

When I meet individuals who are depressed or despondent, I try to share an image of this devotion, perhaps a medal with an explanation. It really perks people up and lifts their spirits!

Thanks be to the Most Holy Mother of God for yet another of Her gifts to us!

Alex
