On the eve of Pentecost, Eastern Iowa will host its first-ever Eastern Catholic
Retreat at St. Wenceslaus Church in Iowa City on June 3, 2017 on 11:00 a.m.—6:30 p.m.,
presented by the Iowa Byzantine Catholic outreach of the Eparchy of Parma.
The day features presentations about Christ and his Gospel from an Eastern Catholic
perspective.
Individuals and families are welcome. There will be programs for adults, teens, and kids.
Daycare will be provided for toddlers. Lunch is included. The day will conclude with Evening
prayer for the vigil of Pentecost.
