Recently, I had posted an akathist in the Prayer Section of this Forum.
It has been taken off and that is fair ball if there was a more appropriate place for it to be.
The fact is, however, no Moderator got in touch with me to explain why it was in an inappropriate place or why it doesn't belong on the Forum, period.
Moderators can do as they like, of course, and maintain order on forums. However, I find the removal of a poster's content without explanation to be rather arbitrary and discourteous as well as offensive.

OK, it is on the new thread that I wasn't familiar with.
I still think that when something is moved elsewhere, it would be nice to use that as a teachable moment and indicate where and why it is being moved.
