I came across this article about the Sunday of Orthodoxy and it mentioned two archieratiokons which contained a slavonic catholic synodikon. Does anyone know if either of these is available online or in pdf or reprint somewhere?

1740 edition of the archieratikon from the Univ monastery in Ukraine
the 1716 edition of the archieratikon from Suprasl in what is now Poland.
