Christ is in our midst!!
Please pray for my brother-in-law, Michael. He has been in hospice care for about 2 years and has just been given between one and three days before he is called to the Lord.
Please also pray for my wife, Loretta, who is taking this hard. Her birthday will be Monday and having his death so close will be extra hard.
Thank God for each of you and thank you.

With the souls of the Righteous, give rest, O Savior, to the soul of your servant departed, Michael, in a place of brightness, a place of green pastures, a place of repose from whence all sickness, sorrow, and sighing have fled away, and where the sight of Your Face enlightens, gladdens, and sanctifies that life of yours which is lived by the saints whom You have gathered from from all the ages. Grant him Your Heavenly Kingdom and a portion in Your ineffable and eternal blessings, and the enjoyment of Your unending life.

O God of all spiritual and corporeal beings, You Who trampled death, broke the power of Satan and granted life to the whole world, now, O Lord, grant rest to the soul of Your departed servant, Michael, in a place of light, freshness, and peace, where there is neither pain, nor sorrow, nor mourning, but only life everlasting.
As You are a gracious God and the Lover of mankind, forgive him every transgression committed by him in word, thought, or deed, since there is no man alive who has not sinned, for You alone are without sin and You are the Resurrection and the Life, O Christ our God, and we render glory to You, together with Your Eternal Father, and Your most Holy, gracious, and life-giving Spirit, now and always and forever.
May Michael's memory be eternal and blessed and may Loretta, Bob, and of Michael's loved ones be comforted in the prayerful expectation of being reunited with him in Heaven.
