Hello everyone. I appreciate your prayers immensely. Please pray for me to have a heart of peace and forgiveness, and of trust in God and His plans.

I am hurting because a group of friends I had online are being very antisemitic. My grandmother came from Baltic area after WW2 and was German-Jewish convert to Christianity. I've been accused of bad things, or even being some kind of spy(!?) because of converting from Messianic Christianity, and my background. Help me to forgive these people and to not stoop to their level of cynicism and hatred.

And also I am very sad and stressed because my funding for University is very low, and I'm not sure how I will cover my next term of school. I study Computer Science and have worked so hard to maintain a 4.0 through the Grace of God, and now I feel that all my hard work is for nothing. My scholarship was not renewed, and I am feeling very bitter, especially knowing a new scholarship was created for trans people, it doesn't feel fair. I'm trying to not be a whiny person about this.

Please pray that I have trust in God and His plan, and that everything will work out according to His plans.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. - Romans 8:28

Christ is in our midst!1

Yiskah,

Welcome to the forum. We hope your time here will be spiritually beneficial.

I have read your post and am confused. Did you convert "from Messianic Christianity" to what or where? Or did you convert "to" Messianic Christianity?

How do you have "friends" who "are being antisemitic"? In my experience, online friends can be like ghosts. They come and go. People can be anyone or anything they want online. It's a bit like a play on a stage. Today I can be kind; tomorrow Mr. Nasty. Authenticity is something to be discerned when one is face-to-face, but can be very elusive online.

May I suggest that you spend more time with your new faith community where you will find the support you need. In any event I would also suggest you distance yourself from negative persons. We all have enough negative in our lives without adding online negativity.

I'm of Jewish descent (not as recent as yours, though), and I have family members that are Israeli citizens.
I remember being in college, and seeing that there was a scholarship for bisexual people.
Why? How do you prove that, exactly?
Anyway, you most certainly have my prayers.
