Incardination and Conferral of Offikia within the Archdiocese of America
In his sacred responsibility as described in the Charter of our Sacred Archdiocese, and in his pastoral oversight and fatherly care, Archbishop Elpidophoros of America has approved the incardination of Presbyter Sebastian Carnazzo, whom he assigned to serve as a part-time priest in the Holy Metropolis of San Francisco.

Rev. Presbyter Sebastian Carnazzo, whom he assigned to serve as a part-time priest in the Holy Metropolis of San Francisco. Στα πλαίσια της ευθύνης ως Αρχιποίμενος της Ιεράς ημών Αρχιεπισκοπής Αμερικής, όπως ορίζει το Σύνταγμα, με πατρική αγάπη, ο Σεβ. Αρχιεπίσκοπος Αμερικής κ. Ελπιδοφόρος ενέκρινε την εξής πρόσληψη:
Του Αιδεσιμολ. Πρεσβυτέρου κ. Σεβαστιανού Carnazzo, τον οποίο διόρισε ως κληρικό μερικής απασχολήσεως στην Ιερά Μητρόπολη Αγίου Φραγκίσκου.
