For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on
nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those
conflicting nutritional studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat
And suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians, British and Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat
And suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians, British and Americans.

3. The Chinese drink very little red wine And suffer fewer heart attacks
than Australians, British and Americans.

4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine And suffer fewer heart attacks
than Australians, British and Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians and Americans.

CONCLUSION

Eat and drink what you like.

Speaking English is apparently what kills you!!

Let's not forget that the Innuit eat a diet that is 70% animal fat and have incidences of heart disease that are practically negligible.

None of the above let themselves get stressed about so many of the things we do either. wink

That fountain of wisdom, The New York Times, published ar article several years ago saying that the majority of heart attacks occur at the hour rising from sleep in the morning. Therefore, it seems, getting out of bed in the morning can be ruinous to one's health.

Somehow I find that highly agreeable!

Charles,

The chocolate might help (it could never hurt, especially if it is good dark chocolate) but remember it is the language that will do you in at the end. wink biggrin

Vodka is not my style. Maybe washed down with some of this?

Personally, I would prefer the option of rum, but knowing you Russians and how much you LOVE vodka, I am sure that this recipe of vodka and chocolate would be like heaven for you!!! wink

In any case, it looks yummy...and easy too. smile

Another reason not to put off saying one's morning prayers!
