Please pray for my good friend, Sharon, (a senior my same age) who is in the hospital following surgery for a staph infection. Her incision was long and deep and her wound is not healing as quickly as it should so it is necessary to keep draining it. (She is also diabetic) She has been in the hospital over three weeks now. Please pray for those who are giving her medical care, and her healing to continue and return to good health. Oh, and that she can go home soon. With much appreciation.

Lord, have mercy!

God bless all who pray for Sharon!

For Sharon's swift and complete recovery, have mercy, Oh Lord and come to her aid--bless her and heal her. Amen.

Sharon had a skin graft and may be released from the hospital (where she has been for six weeks) in another week to go home. She thanks all for praying for her. And so do I.

God bless you persons of prayer..few in number but mighty in faith. Amen!

Update: Sharon was recently released from the hospital (well over a month past what was first expected) and is doing well with a walker right now at home. She has help from many friends. Her wound is healing slowly and the skin graft took well. Thanks be to God and thanks for your prayers since first shared here a three months ago. Please pray she continues to recover and gets her needed strength back eventually.

Slava Isusu Christu!

A Fervent Prayer For The Sick and Suffering

O Almighty Lord, Jesus Christ, Son of God and Savior. The same Lord that so loves His children as to lay His life down for them. The same Lord that rose from the dead on the third day, and Ascended into Heaven. The same Lord that spoke the word and the Centurion’s Servant was immediately healed. The same Lord that restored sight to the blind; cleansed lepers, cured the halt and lame. The same Lord that with a word rebuked the seas and they were calm. The same Lord that raised Lazarus from the dead. The same Lord that has been given all power both in Heaven and on earth, do Thou, the same Lord visit and heal Thy servant, Sharon, from the afflictions that she is now suffering. Strengthen our faith like that of the Roman Centurion, so that we may ask for this healing with the same faith, trust, and hope that Thy servant, Sharon will be healed in the same manner that the Centurion’s servant was restored to health. O Holy physician of our souls and bodies, hear this fervent prayer for Thy servant Sharon, and grant this request as we hold this, Thy servant up before Thy glorious Throne. We ask this in the victorious and Holy Name of our Lord, God, and Savior, Jesus Christ.

AMEN.

I will pray everyday for Sharon's full recovery.

Robert
