Glory to Jesus Christ!

We thank You, O Lord our God, Who alone are immortal. Your glory is beyond comprehension, Your love for mankind is beyond expression in words, and Your Kingdom is without end. In You there is no guile, for You have ordained to each person the self-same death. Therefore, we beseech You, O Lord, grant rest in the bosom of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to Your diaconal servant and former co-worker +Charles who departed in the hope of a resurrection and eternal life. As in Your earthly Church, You made him Your laborer, so make him the same in Your heavenly sanctuary. And, since among men, You favored him with a spiritual dignity, so admit him, uncondemned, to the glory of the angels. On earth, You glorified his life, so grant that his departure from life be in the manner of Your Saints the just ones. And include him among all those who have ever pleased You. For You are the resurrection, the life, and the repose of Your diaconal servant +Charles, O our God, and we glorify You, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, now and ever, and forever. Amen.

Eternal Memory grant unto Pani Baraba, Fr. Deacon Charles, and their son Ivan. May they rest where the just repose, in a place with no pain, or sighing only life everylasting.

For the family members of these wonderful servants of your Jesus, through the intercession of St. Josehph and the Most Holy Theotokos, our Blessed Mother, may they find comfort in your love.

Blessed repose and eternal memory.

Hello, my name is Sylvia, and I am Charles & Barbara's daughter and Ivan's sister. On behalf of my other brother Jeremy and sister Julia, I wanted to say thank you for all of your prayers and support through this time. We are still processing the whole chain of events, and miss our family terribly. It is going to be a long hard journey ahead, but we are thankful that we don't have to do it alone. I know that they will all be missed immensly- and I am thankful for all of you who got to meet and spend time with my parents. They were such wonderful people- I've learned so much from them and hope to be a small reflection of their love for us a family and for each other. Thank you again for all of your prayers. They continue to carry us through this tragedy. I can just imagine the choirs of angels welcoming them up above..... smile

Give rest, O our Savior, to Thy servants Fr. Deacon Charles, Barbara, and Ivan, with the Just, set them in Thy courts, as it is written. And overlook in Thy goodness their sins, voluntary and involuntary, and all they committed knowingly and unknowingly, O Lover of men.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Amen. Christ our God, Who didst shine on the world from the Virgin, trough her making us children of light, have mercy on Sylvia, Jeremy, and Julia as they heal and learn to live this life with the loss of such wonderful loved ones. Yet realizing the intercessors they now have for them in heaven, and they be together once in again in your heavenly courts oh Lord.
