I obviously misheard :-D
Still, that he should have seen Mary so Many times is fascinating. Also the part about seeing St. Anthony: I hear that's somewhat common at that monastery!
No doubt his life is quite fascinating...may the Lord keep him. Yes, I have heard that St. Anthony appeared at the monastery many times even in recent years (and other saints too). I know one of the monks who has been there since the early 1970s and every time he visits he spends hours telling us stories of wondrous deeds at that holy place. There are also some wonderful modern saints from that monastery in the last 30 years. Three of such modern saints are written about in a wonderful book produced by St. Antony's Monastery in Egypt and sold here at St. Antony's Monastery in California. It is called "The Garden of Abba Anthony":

Fr. Yustos St. Antony
Fr. Tadros St. Antony
Fr. Abuskhyron St. Antony
We have had some pretty bad translations of books from Arabic to English but this one is actually really good!
God bless,
Fr. Kyrillos
