Prayers for our dear sister, Rose, that the Lord shield her from further stress, that the Theotokos watch over her, and that God grant her many years

Dear Pani Rose,

You continue to be in my meager thoughts and prayers...especially when lighting a candle at church for all those on my mental prayer list.

I hope that you are feeling a bit better and that God is making straight the way for all that burdens you.

With love in Christ,
Alice

I pray for all of you too. It was such a joy for myself tonight as I lit a candle for everyone here.

I was able to go tonight, glory to God! Though my doctor didn't wan't me too. They finally but me on a beta blocker a few weeks ago to stop the tachacardia. I can't take them because my legs will swell, get very painful, and then I can't breath! My doctor didn't wan't me to go to church. You know how we all love our incense smile

You know like heart beating or breathing, which to choose ;(. Anyway I went tonight. I knew if I could just get to Jesus in the Eucharist and be anointed with the prayers and
oil of healing, it would be better. I AM BREATHING PRETTY
WELL NOW!

My dad is pretty settled down. But, they really messed up his car. The Lord is going to have to show me if I need to get him a new one. Grumble!

But, Lent is all but over! The craziness of it all was a bit more than I could gear this year. I truly thank you all for helping to carry me/us through it.

On a lighter note. A Protestant Pastor and his wifevwho are on their journey into the Church, friend of mine were at PreSanctified and the blessing of the oil tonight. Afterwards, I asked him what he thought. He was searching for words, sort of at a loss, yet extremely amazed, he finally said, "you not only heard it, but you felt it!". Kind of says it all. There were five that came together. One of the women, hers eyes were opened so big, her face was radiant, and she had a huge smile on her face. They live about an hour and half from here. However, a Latin that came to vist tonight plans on spendingthevrest of the week at St George. Always good to share Jesus, and a wonderful way to close Great and Holy Lent.

Just wanted to say thanks for carrying me through all the craziness with my dad. Things are pretty quiet now.

BOTH, THE MAN AND WOMAN ARE IN JAIL!

It has given him time to reflect, and he says things that give me a glimpse he is starting to realize how crazy he was, things were, they are, and without saying so is a lot better off.

So only time will tell! My kids are still pretty angry with him. I talk with him several times a day, but I don't rush out the door to do things for him as long as I know he is OK.

I just pray I can hear the Good Lord clearly enough to know how to help God out with him!

It was a week or so after Pascha, when she was arrested. He had given her his car again, and she had gotten his debit card, but she was arrested because she hadn't paid her probation money or something like that. So his car got impounded. I wouldn't get it out. He had to wait, till his first check came in for that. Then she was made because she had drained his new account we had just opened, and didn't have the money to pay it for her. I really think it was the eye opener for him. But, all he would say, is well she ruined it for everyone, he would never loan his car to anyone again. I am still scratching my head!
