The Italia Senate has finally approved a law that gives the same right of the Catholic Church to the "Ecumenical Patriarcate-Diocese of Italy" (

ortodossia.it]).
In this way the Ecumenical Patriarcate-Diocese of Italy (cathedral in Venice) has the same legal rights and the same way of financing of the Catholic Church.
We are still waiting that Greece gives a minimum right to the Latin and (Greek) Catholic Diocesis in Greece, which are far behind the Orthodox-State-Church as regards to civil, legal and financial rights.
But I know that the true ecumenism, the one made of facts not of words, is only one-way.
