Dear Brother, Father Deacon Lance, biggrin

Thank you for supplying an explanation to my post. I'm not as quick on the draw today.

My wife and I sent our letter to Metropolitan Basil Schott of Pittsburgh about the middle of last month and are awaiting his response.

Dear Sam,

Great to hear that!

Now I'd like to invite you and Anhelyna and others here to join me in working on Latin Trad . . . smile smile

(I'm going to get it from him, I just know it!)

Dear Alex,

There is much beauty in the traditional Mass and Sacraments of the Roman Church. However, I can see why St. Vladimir's emissaries chose the Faith of Byzantium to take back to the Slavs.

Every time my family and I visit even our humble, basement Chapel of the Theotokos for Divine Liturgy in Tulsa, it is truly a "window to Heaven."

Talk about Tradition! Latin Trad, as our brother in the faith, pray for a discernment from our Lord as to an Eastward journey for you and those you love. I seriously don't believe you'd ever regret your choice of this most ancient Orthodox Catholic Tradition.

Blessings of our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ to all !

Sam

P.S. - Don't you just love it, Alex, when our BC prayers and blessings remind you that Christ is our Lord and our God and our Savior ? Simple pleasures of the Faith. biggrin

Fr. Mitch Pacwa is very good and I love his Holy Land Rosary!
Speaking of Fr. Mitch, he visited our Cathedral yesterday and concelebrated the English Holy Qurbana with our parish priest. He also gave the homily/teaching, and it was quite good.

It is interesting that he spoke a few Abrabic words at the beginning of his teaching. As some of you know, he's speaks a lebaneese accented Arabic.

Nice guy!

God bless,

Rony
