Troy,
The quote I referenced was found on the website WatchmanNee.org.
You couldn't find it so it must exist in my imagination? Arrogant for a man claiming to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Dear Friends,

Really, I think we should stop engaging our Watchman poster and petition the Administrator to address the matter.

Dialogue is one thing. But if I want to be preached at, I can go to my in-laws . . .

Perhaps if Troy went to this link [watchmannee.org] and read this section on Watchman Nee's own webpage, he would see that you didn't make this up, Sam.

Thank you Mikey.

Friends,

I admit I had never heard of Watchman Nee. When we became deluged with post after post after post, link after link from our brother Troy, I did take the time to read some of Nee's writings.

Nee seemed to be a genuine man, leading a life filled with prayer, attempting to be Christlike in his dealings with his fellow man. It appears he had a difficult life and I hope God has rewarded him for his faithfulness. To me it apears Nee was bothered by the division in the church and wanted unity, as we all do. His solution was different, but God bless him for trying.

As for the postings from Nee's supposed 'follower', IMHO they have been filled with arrogance, anger, rudeness and lack of charity. This is in total opposition to the character of Nee.

One example that particularly disturbs me is when sister Anhelyna asks this poster to refrain from calling her Church a harlot. He increases his battering, and uses the term even more frequently, meaning to purposely offend/abuse her. When others on this forum ask questions he slams them or slams the door, claiming the "Holy Spirit is pulling him away".

By their fruits you shall know them. What ARE the fruits of the Holy Spirit? How can a man who claims the Holy Spirit speaks directly to him, above all others, present himself in such opposition to the workings of the Spirit?
In my opinion, Troy is deluding himself.

From what I have read, I believe we have been more than charitable to Troy since he willingly joined our forum. He has not reciprocated, and appears to enjoy baiting us, causing us to be angry, even on Christmas Day.

I agree with Alex. We have spent enough time on this charade. To ban him is to give him what he wants, to fullfill his need for martyrdom, to persecute him just like Nee, to prove in his mind how correct he is. In all Christian charity, I don't think we will do that here. I could be wrong.

I will continue to pray for our brother Troy, and hopefully my only responses to him will be a reminder of this. Hopefully.

Sam

You are not really accusing me but God since God calls the byzantine RCC the great harlot of religious Rome so why should you argue with Him in Rev. 17 and 14.8? Instead let yourself practice acceptance for in acceptance is deliverance.

No, Troy, we ARE accusing you. God is love...YOU are being a rude, arrogant little troll. Consider, when you invade other fora to tell them how wrong they are, that the odious methods you are chosing to deliver your message are those LEAST likely to convince ANYONE that you speak with the truth.

Gaudior, who really thinks this is about enough from you.

Since Troy has chosen to behave in a manner that repeatedly demonstrates a lack of Christian charity he forfeits his posting privileges. I am saddened that he has chosen such an uncharitable style of posting. I wish he would have actually answered the questions put to him. If he had prayed over them and attempted to answer them honestly I know that the Lord would use such an opportunity to lead him from his cult.

Let us continue to pray for Troy.
