The Vatican released today (Dec 12) Dignitas Personae, The Dignity of a Personan Instruction by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. It puts together and reiterates the existing teaching of the Church regarding artificial fertilization, cloning, frozen embryos, and embryonic stem cell research.

Basically, it confirms the dignity of the conjugal act (and therefore one man/one woman marriage) and the dignity of life at conception....all those concepts that are under intense attack in our United States.
