Hello, everyone!

I have been feeling a strong desire to find a job working in service of the Catholic Church. I want to find a job where there is also a Byzantine parish in the area (one of the things we don't have in our current location!). And the geographic area needs to have affordable housing on a church worker's salary - LOL!

Please pray for me that I can find - and get - a job that meets those three criteria. Thanks!

Tammy

Dear Tammy,

I pray that you will be led by the Holy Spirit to someone in the Catholic Church that will be able to open the doors for you. Look, seek, pray, and ye shall find! wink

With love in Christ,
your sister in faith,
Alice

Prayers for my northern neighbor and her quest, the closest Byzantine Churches currently are in the San Fernando Valley, and there are a few in Las Vegas, (less expensive housing)!

Well, I just sent off an application to the Archdiocese of Seattle. I would think housing is expensive there, but I found apartments on the internet that seem affordable.

And there is a Byzantine-Ruthenian parish in Seattle! Whoo-Hoo!

Hi Tammy,

You sure do have my prayers and I am rooting for Seattle.
I am sending you a P.M. as to why.

In Christ,

Mary Jo

God bless you for your generosity, and your desire to serve God and his Church. May the Lord direct your steps, and show you where and how he wants you to serve him.
