Father Maximos is one of our less frequent posters, but is here to read posts frequently. Having met him several times at Orientale Lumen Conferences, I have to say that he will make an excellent addition to the ranks of the clergy.
May God grant the newly-ordained Hierodeacon Maximos Many Years in His service!
In IC XC, Father Anthony+
Everyone baptized into Christ should pass progressively through all the stages of Christ's own life, for in baptism he receives the power so to progress, and through the commandments he can discover and learn how to accomplish such progression. - Saint Gregory of Sinai

So very awesome!
Axios! Axios! Axios!
So wonderful to have representation from the Melkites, the Russian Catholics, and of course, the Romanian Catholic Diocese.
This was truly an ultimate Byzantine event.
Thank you for the pictures and all the captions. I almost felt that I was there.
In Christ,
Michael
