Dear Friends,

My wife, Tanya, and I have a number of things planned between now and the middle of the month to mark our Silver Wedding Anniversary.

I thank God and His Most Holy Mother for all the Graces we have received to stay together and to "make it work" during that period of time while confirming us even more in our mutual love, esteem and respect.

I ask God for pardon for my insensitivities toward my spouse at any time, known and unknown.

And I am grateful to my wife for putting up with me, during the ups and downs, now and always!

Please pray for a safe and happy series of trips as we embark on a second honeymoon (with real honey in tow this time!) smile

Tell you all about it when we return!

Alex

I wish the two of you many more years together!

Through the intercession of Sts. Joseph, Valentine, Thomas More, and Louis IX may the Lord bless you both.

Just don't tell anyone what your anniversary date is! wink

Alex,

Many years to you and Tanya on making it to your Silver Anniversary! May God bless you both, and give you another 25 years.

In IC XC,
Father Anthony+

Go with God!

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen....

Dear Friends,

Thank you for your kindness!

We had a very nice celebration and we even went to Niagara Falls . . . on both sides of the border.

We visited the Basilica of Our Lady of Victory in Lackawanna - VERY beautiful! And we prayed at the Tomb of the Servant of God and Apostle of Charity, Father Nelson Baker.

A very memorable time. Thank you for your prayers!

Congratulations to you, Professor Dan!

Alex:

Many years. May God grant you and your beloved many more happy years.

Loretta and I will mark 30 years July 17th. I've been told that the Church needs strong witnesses to the permanent commitment of a married couple in this age when so many vow to be true "as long as we both shall LOVE." It seems that when we fall out of love, it's time to "throw in the towel" rather than dig in for the long haul.

Too often people forget that marriage is a path to HOLINESS and striving for HOLINESS in any state of life means rubbing, grinding, chipping the rough edges off all of us.

Again, many years.

BOB

My apologies for making a long comment rahter than praying.
