After 3 years I finally heard from a dear, dear friend via email. Regular mail did not work with Pat and her mother refused to let her have a computer in the house.
Poor Pat is retired and has gone to take care of her invalid mother in a small one horse town in Colorado. It's all become too much for her and depression is creeping in. Her mother is now in a nursing home as of 1/2005 and Pat of course feels so very guilty. Her life is miserable and I'm really afraid she's going down hill rapidly. She's lonely and lost. Please help me pray for Pat.

Lord lift Pat up in your love where she belongs. Let her rejoice in you Jesus for she has given love to the one you chose to give her life. Grant her peice of mind that she has taken care of and provided for her mom the best she can. She has not forgotten her, but placed her somewhere that she herself can have help and rest so that she may better care for her beloved moteher. Finally, Jesus give her the grace to love herself, and to accept your love and peace, for you alone are the lifter of our heads, and in your name alone Jesus do we fly on the wings of eagles. Amen.
