There are many tensions among us as evidenced in some of the threads. Some of us have even undertaken special periods of reflection about continuing on the forum.
I pray that the Father Who made us to be his children will grant that all of us will join them and pray for them and for ourselves as well. For who among us has earned the right to cast the first stone?
May He grant that we all grow in love for one another. May the Spirit temper our words and enlighten our minds and spirits to enable us to show the love that is the hallmark of the members of the Body of Christ. May that love be shown in respectful words.
May we find that the circle of our forum family not be broken by anger among us. We must speak our truth as did the one Who is the Truth. We are obliged to speak it with His love in our hearts.
May He forgive our weaknesses and our failings. May we follow His example.
May it be so.

May the Lord God confirm us in charity, grant us patience, and a readiness to forgive offence. May he make us more patient and understanding.
