In order to ensure arrest and prosecution of your stalker, you should gather as much evidence as possible and thoroughly document every incident, including letters [e-mails] and telephone messages. In short, save everything. PPS: If you need to file a restraining order against your stalker, secure the assistance of a lawyer. Calfornia has anti-stalking laws, including cyber stalking.
