Please pray for the return of health to Father Andriy Chirovsky and Father David Kirk--both men have sacrificed their own health for their devotion to spreadng the Word of God. And please pray for the continued viability of the Monastery of the Most Holy Theotokos, in Orangeville, Ontario, and for the establishment of an Eastern monastery in the (Ruthenian) Eparchy of Parma.

Prayers for both of the good Fathers, the existing Monastery and establishing an Eastern Monastery in the Eparchy of Parma (SE Wisconsin).
Sts. Cyril & Methodius pray for us!

Dear Friends,

Fr Chirovsky is related to me by marriage - prayers indeed!

May the situation in Orangeville be resolved through a healing also of hearts.

The Basilian Fathers of Mariapocs are located in Matawan, NJ in the Eparchy of Passaic. The Social Mission Sisters were located at the Burton, OH Shrine of Mariapoch. I don't know if they still exist as a community or not.

Dear Lory,
Glory to Jesus Christ!
I will join your prayers for the establishment of a Ruthenian monestary at the Shrine of Mariapocs in Burton.
Actually, I have heard that since the amount of land there is more than ample for a shrine and for a monestary, that some local individuals are more than willing to donate significant amounts of money for the building process.
Then all we would need would be some holy monks to pray there.

The Sisters are still at the Shrine, but there are only two of them and they are getting up in age. God bless them for the years of hard work they have given to the shrine, and they still keep going!

Let us pray that God will send us worthy monks and nuns! May God support and sustain all communities of prayer, and grant strength to those leading the common life.

May our Church, all the faithful and clergy, continue to lovingly and generously support our monastics.

Restore them to good health Lord Jesus and be glorified in all these works.
