Please pray for my 15 yesr old son who is suffering from depression and substance abuse. He has been in and out of treatment for 16 months.
The professionals have not helped much. We need God's help.

Dear one in our Lord Jesus,
May God send you a multitude of angels to watch over his every step. That they will close doors which he cannot open, and guide him in the ways of everlasting life so it is the only door that will open. Set him free from his hunger for things that are bad for him and let him taste how good our Lord is. And God's peace be with you.

May the Lord God grant to your son, healing and strength. May Christ, the good physician of body and soul, carry him through these difficult days, and bring him to grace and peace.

May the Jesus who grew through youth to adulthood have mercy on your son, Matthew. May he cause Matthew to know the love with which he is loved and cared for.
May Jesus's Mother and Foster Father intercede for you that you be granted the wisdom and the strength and the courage to help Matthew through this time.
Tell Matthew of our love and concern for him.
