Alicia Rosov, widow of Fr. Deacon Nicholas has asked me to express her gratitude for the kind prayers of the the people here. With her permission, I have quoteed from the the message she sent to me.

"Vicki,

I was web-surfing late last night and found the ByzCath prayer-request line
(I don't know how else to describe it). I was very deeply moved by the
prayers offered for my beloved Nicholas and for the boys and me. I have
drawn deeply from the well of love and support of our faith community, and
I know how much I have needed and benefited from those prayers.

Would you please post a note of gratitude to the list on my behalf? God's healing hand
moved through their generous and loving prayers, even weeks after those
prayers were offered.

Thank you,
Alicia"

Totally awesome!

God is so neat that he gave her encouragement when she least expected it.

Thank you Jesus.
