Request for prayers of guidence and truth from the Holy Spirit upon looking into and entering into the Byzantine Rite.I was brought up RC(pre Vatican II) who went from RC to Russian Orthodoxy a number of years ago.After getting cought up in the in fighting between ROCOR,ROAC,ROCiE,ROCMP,I ended up in none of them but my love for the Liturge,St Seraphim of Sarov, and the Orthodox Fathers has lead me to a small Byzantine congragation in Oklahoma and a good Holy Priest(Fr.Phil S.)I need all the prayers I can get in my quest for the Truth and in Finding this truth in the Byzantine Rite.Pray for this confused sinner.Greg

Greg, welcome to the Forum. I'm a displaced Okie myself (Tulsa originally). May the Holy Spirit guide your path to being Orthodox in communion with Rome. There are very good Greek Catholic priests in both Tulsa (Fr. Gary) and OKC (Fr. Phil). May God bless you.
