My twin daughters, Mary Claire and Rose Genevieve were baptized on Sunday into Christ's holy Body. Interestingly enough, they also were chrismated with oil consecrated by our [Anglican] bishop. This is a throw back, I suppose, to when the Western church also chrismated their infants. Of course, they will again receive christmation again when they are confirmed later on. Kinda confusing. Incidentally, there is a small movement of Anglicans (and even Presbyterians) who are returning to paedocommunion (giving Holy Communion to baptized infants).
