When you want to respond to a post with a quote from a previous post how do you accent it in bold typeface?

It should be automatic if you hit the "" above the post. If not the code is bracketQBbracket and bracket/QBbracket to end the bold face. The brackets I am referring to are [ ]. I wish I could give it to you as it actually looks, but the server automatically does the bold highlight. :p
