The Holy Father has also accepted the resignation from the pastoral governement of the Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon of Los Angeles (Maronite) presented by Bishop John G. Chadid and has appointed (Rev. Msgr.) Chorbishop Robert J. Shaheen, until now Pastor of St. Raymond's Parish in St. Louis, Missouri as Bishop of the Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon of Los Angeles.
