Hey y'all...

You are cordially invited to the Baptism, Chrismation and first Eucharist of Wulf Elias Mech, to take place at 2pm, January 26th, 2002, at St. John Chrysostom parish in Cow-lumbus, OH.

Seriously, if any of y'all are in the neighborhood, please come and pray with us.

Best,

Sharon

Blessings upon Wolf(Vuk in Croatian) & family.
I just attended a Baptism performed by your Pastor & his devoted assistant(the Godfather), except it was about 300 or 400 miles? due northwest of you. St. John's parishioners are lucky to have these 2 fellas.

Dear Wulf,

Many, Many Happy Blessed Years! May the Holy Family, whose feast we celebrated last Sunday in the Latin Church, bless and watch over you and your Mother and Father and Sister and all of your Family.

May the Holy Family watch over this cyber family of ours.

JOY!

May God grant Wulf many happy years; in peace, health, and happiness! I noticed the Chrismation will be at 2:00 pm. Do they not perform the Baptism, Chrismation, and Mystery of the Eucharist at the beginning of the Divine Liturgy on Sunday back East? Do they do all the ceremony including Churching the mom? Thank you

Sorry I won't be there in the flesh wink but once I have worked out the time difference, I will be there in the spirit offering my prayers for Wulf.
What a wonderful day it will be !

May he grow knowing the Love of Christ

I pray that Our Mother will keep him safe, together with his loving family, and will lead him to Her Son, Our Redeemer.

Back online now....

Thanks for all good wishes & prayers. Alex, likely you'll be just as present as the little guy's Godmother - she's a cloistered Carmelite in Michigan.

Senor Appleseed - yes indeedy, there will be a Divine Liturgy during which Wulf will receive all three Mysteries of initiation, but it will be on Saturday, reason being that we have lots of friends who are either priests or folks with other "roles of service" in their own parishes & who we'd like to be able to attend, and Sunday would make it unreasonably difficult.

Nicky's Baba - I know the family. The mom's identical twin sister & her family live in Columbus (as did Carl & Lucinda for some years) & they are all delightful people. Homeschoolers, too.

Glad to be back online!

Sharon
