Youre Origen! You do nothing by half-measures. If youre going to read the Bible, you want to read it in the original languages. If youre going to teach, youre going to reach as many souls as possible, through a proliferation of lectures and books. If youre a guy and youre going to fight for purity well, youd better hide the kitchen shears

Dear Alexandr: My guess would be because you like share Tertullian's zeal for the sort of holiness of life that should set the Church apart from the world. There is a joke that Tertullian was so rigourous that he left the Church to become a Montanist, and then when the Montanists were not rigourous enough for him, he left the Montanists and became a Tertullianist. My guess is that had Tertullian not become a schismatic, he would ultimately have been recognized as a saint. Ryan

Heh! I took the quiz and discovered I was St. Melito of Sardis!
Their reasons---->You have a great love of history and liturgy. Youre attached to the traditions of the ancients, yet you recognize that the old world great as it was is passing away. You are loyal to the customs of your family, though you do not hesitate to call family members to account for their sins.
Does this make me a byzcath?

Well, I'm Tertullian.
I've actually never read any of his works!
