Please remember in your prayers Fr. Francis Mary Stone a religious order priest on EWTN and host of "Life on the Rock". He has left EWTN to discern his vocation after admitting he has "become very close" to a widow and her family. EWTN is publicly asking for prayers on his behalf. This must be a very difficult time for him and the family involved.

Oh dear! He is such a wonderful, dynamic, young priest who has offered so much on EWTN through the years.

May the temptations of the evil one be rebuked in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I believe that once a priest, always a priest...so that is why I pray that he will continue in his vocation.

In Christ,
Alice

Through the intercession of St. Francis of Assisi for whom Fr. Francis is named, I offer my prayers that he will continue to keep his vows that he has taken. Lord have mercy on your priest, Francis!

This is very sad because of the scandal it could bring. May Father Francis see the errors of his way and return to his true vocation.

Lord Jesus, have mercy on your servant Fr. Francis and guide him that he may make the most prudent decision and be able to be at peace with himself. If he chooses to leave the priesthood and marry this widow, then Lord help them to have a holy marriage and family life, and guide him through the difficult times ahead as he is shunned, condemned, and ostracized by some of his brothers and sisters.
