It is not a parish, mainly because in Milan there are many orthodox immigrates (mainly from Rumenia), and there is not the will to make proselitism. So it is simply a quite-hidden "cultural association". Some posts above I've posted a photo.

The Lateran basilica is of course the base to the Latin bishop of Rome.

The Vatican basilica (S.Peter) was once the base of the Latin Patriach of Costantinople: but this title was abolished in 1964.

The basilica of St.Paul was once the base of the Latin Patriarch of Alexandria: but this title was abolished in 1964.

The basilica of S.Mary Major was once the base of the Latin Patriarch of Antioch: but this title was abolished in 1964.

The basilica of S.Lawrence was once the base in Rome of the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem: but this assignation ended in 1847

So all of them are free ..(but the one of the pope :))

In examining the establishment of this jurisdiction, how its episcopate were consecrated and how they adhere to the canonical Faith & Order of Holy Orthodoxy one cannot deny the canonicity of the Milan Synod. If, however, one's only criteria of "canonicity" is who one is "in communion with" the Milan Synod and all traditional Orthodox Synods would reject as "cesaero-papism" and mainline Orthodoxy brush them off as "uncanonical" or "vagantes"
