Christ is Risen! Ukrainians in Parma and elsewhere know all about the meat markets, bakeries and churches on State Street that cater to them. Now the city wants everyone else to know and is embarking on a $240,000 project to turn a 2-mile stretch into Ukrainian Village. Banners, European-looking storefronts, and pedestrian-friendly landscaping are some of the ideas.
