Our parish priest is having his second round of cataract surgery tomorrow. I spoke with him today and he said he is feeling well and can't believe how much better he sees since the first round last Friday. He is anxious to see how things look after tomorrow morning's surgery.

My brother in law had to have cataract surgery and said the difference was incredible. He actually could not see the large capital letter E at the top of the chart! The eye doctor said in all his years, he has never had someone who couldn't make out the big letter E. Leave it to my brother in law.

Prayers for my priest, please.

Tim

For continued healing.
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
