Alas, the design of the Old-Rite Prosphora Seal is quite different. prosphora.org had one, but it was been "temporarily unavailable" for this past couple of years.

Fortunately for me, I have a good-sized one in acrylic and a small one in metal. I'm attempting to find other sources; if I do I shall post it/them.

Perhaps you can find what you're looking for by contacting The Church of the Nativity of Christ, a Russian Orthodox Old Rite parish located in Erie, Pennsylvania.
