Today I was blessed by a bishop for unity of Christians.
I think there is a more fundamental focus for unity than beliefs. I think that the clergy of all religions including Jewish and Muslim should eat together. They may not be able to eat body and blood together, but they can eat fast food together.
Even if they just learn a name and a face it is better than nothing.

In most towns clergy of various types get together on a regular basis. Now Jewish and Muslim clergy may not want to eat "fast food" being that it is not kashrut or hilal, but they do meet on a regular basis here in my hometown. i

"You'd never think that they go together But they certainly do. The combination of English muffins and Irish stew!
I've tried tamales and shish kebab, but I prefer corn on the cob.
I've tried French pancakes and sauerkraut, But that's a dish I'll do without."
And so on - it was popular back in the nineteen fifties!

WELL, if your in Ulster, it'd make sense to have English Muffins with Irish Stew, and perhaps a side of Scottish Shortbread...
But I digress...
