I had read on the website of the Eparchy of Australia of a primary school that they have. Are there any Melkite Catholic schools in the US or other countries?

There used to be one in Jerusalem (25 years ago); I don't know if it's still there.

Manuel,
There are none in the US, although I believe there may have been one - a long time ago, blanking on where.

Well St. George here in B'ham had a wonderful pre-school for many years I don't think that is what you are looking for. However, both ladies that were over it wanted to go back to school and become teachers. WEll, now both ladies are not only teachers, but are principals. God has his ways!

I wonder if it would be a help if it were possible to have a Greek Catholic school or not. Maybe, considering that where Greek Catholics gather, it may not be enough, to just home school.
