Hello,

Please pray for the "Blessed Sara Salkahazi" class of Deacons in formation for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

We received our official call to Holy Orders last saturday and our ordination is scheduled for June 11. At this point we are 14 candidates, all married. We will also be joined by the widow of one of our classmates who went home last summer. So it is 14 men to be ordained, 15 women to be recognized and thanked for their support.

By the way, if anybody would like to attend, please send me a PM with your postal address, so I can send you an invitation and tickets (Clergy: your vestments are your tickets).

Thank you.

Shalom,
Memo

Thank you all for your prayers and your kind words.

Fr. Deacon John, it was a true pleasure and an honor to meet you at Congress this year.

I hope you and your family had a great time visiting us.

Regards.

Prayers for our brother and friend, Memo, his fellow deacon candidates, and their spouses, that these final months of their formation be fruitful and blessed, that they be watched over by the Proto-Deacon and -Martyr Stephen, and that they be granted many years in God's service.

Hello all,

I'd like to renew my request for your prayers, as our class goes into our canonical pre-ordination retreat (Friday - Wednesday).

Another reminder, if anybody would like to attend the ordination mass, please let me know so I can mail you a ticket (exception: Catholic clergy are welcome to participate without a ticket if they bring their own vestments).

Thank you!

Shalom,
Memo

Memo, my brother, prayers for a spiritually rewarding retreat as you and your fellow candidates prepare for your ordination.
